Power cuts really dampened the experience!!! The spa amenities could use a serious upgrade, especially when the robes and slippers come with an extra charge, which two-star facilities shouldn't do!!! Taxi service issues need attention!!!

I was really disappointed with the level of service here. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making it hard to enjoy my stay. On top of that, the room was not as clean as I expected, with dust in corners and noticeable stains. Honestly, I had hoped for a much better experience.
